1D1 Wildlife Tax Conversion

Richard can assist landowners to convert their current agricultural tax exemptions that are based on livestock or agricultural practices to an exemption based on Wildlife Management.
This process involves a multifaceted Wildlife Managment plan that includes at least three of seven recognized management activities.  This process entails working with county appraisal districts and agents to qualify for this type of conversion.  Richard has helped a number of landowners to complete this tedious process in various counties in Texas.
